This is my project page where I keep photos and information on projects that I'm working on or that I have completed.


My current project is getting my 160m RX loop antenna all ready to go in time for the 160m season.  It's a modified version of the K9AY receiving antenna.  Take a look.  I've mounted it on the back wall of the garage.

  It isn't quite symmetrical because of the oil tank but I'm hoping that won't matter.

I have just finished restoring this old Hallicrafters Continental SR34A broadcast/SW table radio. The radio is an AC/DC set with the classic (50L6, 35Z5, 12SK7, 12SA7, and 12SQ7) 5 tube lineup. Click on the radio to see more about the restoration.


The case is a little bit rough but it sounds great.

I am almost done restoring this HT-33B amplifier.


The amplifier is powered up and showing 3000v plate voltage.
